He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2007 and started his professional career as a lawyer at Denizbank A.Ş. Legal Consultancy Department, one of the leading private banks of the Türkiye. He took part in significant legal proceedings and litigation processes during his tenure in the Banking and Finance sector. He transferred this experience to his work at Aydın ORHAN Law Office and provided consultancy and litigation services to national and multinational companies, especially within the scope of corporate law, real estate law, air-land-sea transportation law, labour law and intellectual property law.
He is a registered Trademark and Patent Attorney (in TürkiyeTürkiye?), holds Level 1 SPK (CMB) Licence and is an Expert Mediator. He also received real estate law training and certificate from Prof. Dr. Saba Özmen.
As the founding partner of Kurtoğlu – Kurtoğlu Law Office, he utilizes his 15 years of professional experience to provide transparent, fast and result-oriented service to his clients. He has a good command of English.
