Faruk Kurtoğlu
In 1982, he graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law. He started his professional career as Reşadiye Judge. He served as Hınıs Public Prosecutor and Chief Public Prosecutor, Yatağan Public Prosecutor, Çatalca Public Prosecutor, Istanbul Public Prosecutor, Istanbul Regional Court of Justice Public Prosecutor. He completed his 40-year career by retiring from Istanbul Anatolian Public Prosecutor’s Office.
During his duty as a Prosecutor at the Istanbul Courthouse, he provided trainings to law enforcement and gendarmerie units on the Criminal Procedure Law and the Law on Meetings and Demonstrations. He also participated in many training activities organized by the Ministry of Justice within the scope of Migrant Smuggling and Human Trafficking crimes and made presentations. She has also worked professionally in Investigations and Civil Cases on International Child Abduction.
Within the scope of Criminal Law, Crimes Against the Person, Economic Crimes, Human Trafficking and Migrant Smuggling crimes and Tax Crimes are her specialties.
She continues her career as a Public Law Consultant in our office as the head of the Criminal Law and Administrative – Tax Law department.
Ayşe Kurtoğlu
In 1982, he graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law. He started his career as an Assistant Public Prosecutor in İnebolu. He worked as Hınıs Cadastral Judge, Yatağan Civil Judge of First Instance and Cadastral Judge, Çatalca Civil Judge of First Instance and Cadastral Judge, Istanbul Central Commercial Court Judge, Istanbul Central Magistrate, Civil Judge of First Instance and Cadastral Judge. He completed his 38 years of judgeship by retiring as a Judge of Istanbul Anatolian Civil Court of First Instance.
He served as a Mediation Pilot Court Judge in the project initiated by the Mediation Department of the Ministry of Justice in 2014. He also participated in many seminars and certificate programs organized by the Ministry of Justice. He is an Expert Mediator.
Within the scope of legal disputes, especially Commercial Law, Real Estate and Lease Law, Inheritance Law and Foundations Law are his special areas of expertise. She continues her professional life as a lawyer as the manager of the Civil Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Department within our office.

Fatma Gülce Yalçınkaya
Gülce Yalçınkaya graduated from the School of Business Administration at Richmond American University in 2007. After working in the real estate, construction and media sectors for many years, she graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law in 2022, blending her sector experience with the notion of law.
Gülce, who contributes to the smooth execution of international clients’ legal processes in Turkey, continues her practice mainly in the fields of real estate law, contract law, family law and Media-Press Criminal Law.
Ayça Ocak
Ayça Ocak graduated from the Faculty of Law at Kadir Has University in June 2024. During her undergraduate studies, she prioritised developing herself both academically and culturally. To this end, she studied in Spain through the Erasmus+ programme, completing a two-month Spanish language course in Barcelona to improve her language skills. She also actively participated in various activities and organisations within the Law Club during her university years. Fluent in English, Ayça Ocak is currently working as a trainee lawyer at Kurtoğlu & Kurtoğlu Law Office to gain practical experience in the field of law and further develop her professional knowledge and skills.

He completed his undergraduate studies at Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Business Administration. Throughout his university life, he took on roles and participated in activities in various student clubs. Since 2021, he has been studying remotely in the field of Political Science and International Relations.
