
Yusuf Tüfekçi
He graduated from Istanbul Pertevniyal High School in 2016. During his high school years, he actively participated in various non-governmental organizations. He was elected as the President of the School Student Council for the 2014-2015 academic year through the votes of his peers. Additionally, he served as the Vice President of the Istanbul Provincial Student Council, a Ministry of Education project, following his election by students across Istanbul.
In 2022, he graduated with honors from the Turkish-German University Faculty of Law, completing his undergraduate thesis titled “Defective Performance of the Contractor in Construction Contracts for Land Share”. In 2019, he attended the fully funded “Summer School on Criminal Law” program in Halle, Germany, as one of the top 10 students with the highest academic performance in his university.
Throughout his university years, he was actively involved in various sectors of commercial life. Alongside his work in the agricultural sector, he took part in companies operating in tourism, trade, and construction, which had foreign investors and partners. He served both as a partner and a company executive in these ventures.
He completed his legal internship at Kurtoğlu-Kurtoğlu Law Firm. Following his internship, he went to Germany and focused on Corporate Law, Construction and Real Estate Law, and Arbitration Law. As a result of his studies, he completed his Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Georg August University. As of October 2024, he has rejoined Kurtoğlu-Kurtoğlu Law Firm as a Partner Lawyer.
He is proficient in English and German.
